Bachelor degree programmes

At Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK), we offer five bachelor degree programmes conducted in English. In the degree programme in Nursing there is also a Finnish language skills requirement. It takes an average of 3.5 to 4 years for a full-time student to study for a bachelor's degree.

Bachelor of Engineering, Agri-food Engineering

As an engineer of agri-food, you will get a holistic understanding of food systems. In your studies, you can follow the production of food from “field to fork”. You will understand food processing from many perspectives and for different raw materials, like vegetables, cereals, beverages as well as dairy and meat products. Bachelor of Engineering, Automation Engineering

Do you want to start an international career in engineering? Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) is the place to do it. Bachelor of Business Administration, International Business

The International Business Programme at SeAMK offers a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Every course in the International Business Programme is taught in English, allowing every student to increase their abilities to communicate in the English language in the corporate world. Bachelor of Health Care, Nursing

The Bachelor Degree Programme in Nursing provides the means for the student to receive a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification. Registered Nurses are nursing experts in various health care and social working environments. Their main task is to promote and maintain health, as well as to prevent illness. They care for and rehabilitate ill individuals, their close ones, families and communities. Finnish language skills are required (level A2.1) as Finnish language will be used in practical trainings, which are carried out in Finnish speaking organisations during the studies. Bachelor of Hospitality Management

A Bachelor of Hospitality Management knows how to turn food into a dining experience while considering the needs of customers. SeAMK’s Bachelor of Hospitality Management students can use the educational restaurant Prikka, where theory can be combined into practice. Your studies include also work-related development tasks in which your able see how theories are tested in real life situations. Read more here »
