The research group is interested in the basics of digitalisation in society and its significance for citizens, work communities and management. We want to promote everyone's inclusion and well-being in the digital society and services. The aim of the multidisciplinary research group is to examine the digital society and, in particular, the social and health services that are developing as a result of digitalisation from the perspectives of decision-makers, citizens, health and social services organisations, management, employees and customers.
