What is the Application based on admission course?

Applications for degree student status through the admission course are made on Studyinfo during the specified admission course application period. If degree programmes wish to offer admission options, the Application based on admission course is typically conducted at the turn of February-March. The next application period and target groups will be announced on this page.

The application form is filled out on the Studyinfo.fi website. The information on the website is updated annually as the application is published. Detailed selection criteria can be found on Studyinfo under the details of the specific programme.

The eligibility requirement for the Application based on admission course is general eligibility for higher education. Check the exact eligibility requirements and selection criteria for each programme from the selection criteria links leading to Studyinfo.

After the application period ends, all eligible applicants are invited to complete the admission course for the programme. This course is a UAS course pre-selected by each field of study. A specific completion period is defined for the admission course. You can decide on the use and location of the completion period within the framework defined by the admission course after the application period.
