At SeAMK, in the studies of food engineering, you’ll get to observe the entire food cycle from start to finish. You’ll familiarise yourself with food raw materials and develop products, such as successors to plant-based meat alternatives, crisps, ice creams, beers, cakes and sausages.
The multidisciplinary and international SeAMK also offers bio and food technology engineering students the opportunity to expand their expertise from within the institution to the international bio and food industry. Some of your studies are organised together with agricultural and hospitality management education, but you can also choose studies form other SeAMK courses. If you’re seeking new experiences, you can participate in exchange programmes abroad or undertake internships overseas.
