As a professional of Food and Hospitality Management, you look at the food chain specifically from the perspective of food. The nutrition, safety, economy and experience of the food are important to you. In the first year of your studies, you provide food services at the school’s educational restaurant in Prikka, and in the second year, you run the restaurant. This will give you a good skills for your future job as a manager, for example as a leader in the catering and restaurant industry.
The Food and Hospitality Management professional is an international expert who appreciates locality and has both craftsmanship and business expertise. He is a developer of work life who takes into account the needs of the consumer and bears social and ecological responsibility. He/she is a nutritionist who creates a food experience from nourishment.
As s SeAMK student, you will deepen your knowledge according to your own interests. Among other things, studies on nutrition, the development of the service business and the development of food services are available.
